For our future health, 1977 was a very bad year. That’s when our government and medical establishment made their first BIG mistake.

At that time, death by heart attack was at an all-time high and our government felt a need to do something about it. Here’s what happened . . .

A decade earlier, an influential doctor, Ancel Keys — famous for creating WWII K-rations — had theorized that the consumption of saturated animal fats raised cholesterol, and high cholesterol caused heart disease.

Keys was dead wrong, but we didn’t learn that until decades later.

Our medical establishment, controlled by Big Pharma, still clings to this false theory, but only because of the massive profits they make on cholesterol-lowering statin drugs.

You see, Keys conducted a study of 22 countries, but when he didn’t get the results he needed to prove his hypothesis, he cherry-picked seven countries that did and threw the rest out.

Keys got what he wanted — more fame and the cover of Time magazine. But, unfortunately, we’ve been paying a severe price for his ego ever since.

Among Keys’ cherry-picked seven countries, Great Britain and the United States had high animal-fat consumption and high rates of heart disease, while Japan and Italy ate more fish and had little heart disease.

Because Keys was highly respected at the time, the medical establishment, led by Big Pharma, jumped on this false “cholesterol causes heart disease” theory.

Soon, we had statin drugs for lowering cholesterol, with Big Pharma funding studies that supposedly proved they significantly lowered heart attack risk . . .

When in fact their benefit was negligible, and worse, they increased the risk of fatal heart attacks!

In two big studies sponsored by major drug companies, the actual risk reduction was 1% in one study and .41 of 1% in the other.

But they blew that up to 36% and 54%, respectively, by reporting the relative results among the very small number who suffered a heart attack.

The propaganda was swift and pervasive — headlines raced around the world, proclaiming: “Statin drugs cut heart attack risk by 50%!”

Advertising convinced the public they needed a statin drug. And busy doctors who didn’t bother to read the research started prescribing them like crazy.

But, mathematically, the real risk reduction from both studies averaged just 0.73% — less than three-quarters of one percent.

Sadly, the lobbyist-controlled FDA let the drug companies get away with this gross deception. And statins went on to become the biggest-selling drugs in pharmaceutical history.

And what benefit did we get? None.

Statin drugs have several harmful long-term side effects, including a higher risk of a fatal heart attack (50% higher in the biggest study). And today heart disease remains America’s #1 killer.

As a side note, Time magazine admitted it was wrong about cholesterol and saturated fats, finally reporting their health benefits in 2014. That’s right, animal fats and cholesterol are good for you!

But the big statin drug lie that went on for decades wasn’t even half the problem . . .

In 1977, a government committee released “dietary guidelines” based on Keys’ bogus study results, urging reduced consumption of animal fats.

These government “do-gooders” actually believed they would save lives. Instead, they killed millions! Here’s why . . .

Over the following years, food manufacturers replaced animal fats with inflammatory omega-6 vegetable fats.

And to compensate for the significant loss in flavor, they added inflammatory sugars and flavor-enhancing chemicals.

And that was the second BIG mistake!

Saturated animal fats, at least when part of a balanced diet, do not lead to disease. But refined sugars, omega-6 vegetable oils, and chemical flavor enhancers do!

And not just heart disease . . . but nearly every major disease. And that’s because these ingredients are inflammatory in your body.

As a result, steadily over the past 37 years, with a reduction in animal fats but an increase in inflammatory sugars, oils, and chemicals . . .

We’ve seen epidemics of allergies, arthritis, diabetes, IBD, heart disease, obesity, and cancer.

We also have much more depression, anxiety, ADHD, Alzheimer’s/dementia, Parkinson’s, and ALS — all linked to brain inflammation.

Foods Got More Inflammatory
After 1992

1992 was the year genetically modified crops were greenlighted. These foods are called GMOs, for genetically modified organisms.

GMO seeds were created in the laboratory to make plants that would resist diseases and pests, and thus produce bigger, more profitable crop yields.

To that end, lab scientists altered the plant DNA to tolerate much larger doses of poisonous herbicides and pesticides.

It worked. Crop losses to diseases and pests were greatly decreased while yields were greatly increased.

But this also increased the residues of inflammatory carcinogenic toxins in all foods with GMO ingredients.

That, sadly, was the third BIG mistake. And it’s just gotten worse every year because GMOs boost profits for both growers and food manufacturers.

Unfortunately, today 92% of all corn and 94% of soy products are GMO. And many more food varieties are, as well.

The GMO food industry keeps saying that GMO foods are perfectly safe. But that’s NOT the truth.

In a major full-life study with lab animals fed a 33% GMO diet (to approximate average human consumption), cancer occurred in human years as early as age 10, and exploded between ages 40 and 50.

In this report, you’ll discover that cholesterol does not cause heart disease, but refined sugars and omega-6 fats do.

First, you should know your body makes cholesterol and that it’s vital to the health of every cell in your body. In fact, there is no “bad” cholesterol.

Think about it. Why would God design your body to make cholesterol if it’s harmful to you?

Calling LDL cholesterol “bad” was made up by drug companies to sell statin drugs after Dr. Keys published his bogus study results. Unfortunately, decades of propaganda made this fraudulent idea stick.

Second, many long-term studies have shown that people with higher levels of cholesterol actually live longer than people with lower levels.

Reversing Diabetes: What You Need to Know

Though it is arguably the most preventable and curable major disease, Type 2 diabetes is skyrocketing — 37 million current cases, over a million new cases each year, and 97.6 million who are now prediabetic.
